Everyone needs a coach.  From the starting musician to the CEOs of the top companies in the world.

We’ve all been there.  Everything seems to be going fine and then all of a sudden we feel like we’re just spinning our wheels.  Or we get so excited about something new but just can’t seem to get it off the ground.  Our mission is to help as many artists as we possibly can.  So we designed a coaching program for artists of any genre, at any level, for any project.

Go beyond the podcasts, books, and video tutorials to get the insight that is specialized just for you.

How Does It Work?

You will be assigned to an experienced coach of the 80/20 team. They are made available to you to assess any challenges you have, determine obtainable goals, and develop an actionable ‘to-do list’ to help you succeed.

Just like any coach we are here to guide you with our knowledge and experience. As well as give you a little nudge from time-to-time cause let’s face it, we all need someone looking out for us!

Don’t just take our word for it…

My experiences with Michael have ranged from the development and creation of several Band and solo artist projects through his 80/20 Records label, to developing short film ideas and strategizing production elements. Michael is a business savvy individual with a creative mind, suited to developing new ideas and honing current ones. His courteous demeanor will foster extremely productive and insightful discussion, that will help get to the root of any potential obstacles quickly, and creative ways around them. I highly encourage anyone considering Michael to count him a motivated and industrious partner in any and all future endeavors.

Dani Cutler

In 2007 Dani joined KWSS 93.9 FM Independent Radio based in Phoenix, Arizona and hosts their weekday morning show. Since then she has become the Promotions and Marketing manager for the station along with co-managing daily operations.

She submerged myself in the technology-based community volunteering for PodcampAZ (which became TechPhx). In 2012 she became the leader of the organizing committee, with over 200 attendees and 20+ speakers during the two-day event. Through these organizations she has gained insight into how social media and digital marketing works, and how best to connect with people, online and off. Which developed into Dani Cutler Content Creation, a company that specializes in social media management, digital marketing, and consulting.

Steven Leavitt

Steven Leavitt is a music producer, musician, and recording engineer with a natural ear for music. A native of Los Angeles, CA, Steve’s life in music has spanned many genres, from Folk to Rock, Orchestral to Electronic, and a Pop hybrid of all of the above.

In 2004, while playing keyboards for a local songwriter, Steve met singer/songwriter Shannon Hurley and co-founded an event called Don’t Call Us Tori. With a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck, Don’t Call Us Tori became a haven for great music in L.A. with monthly showcases aimed at cross-promoting specifically female solo artists.

After playing B3 as a member of the classic/progressive rock band, The Ludivico, Steve had the time to take on more than just demo work.  In 2006 Steve recorded and produced a single on Marina V’s album Modern Fairytale. In 2012, Steve finished producing a full-length, 7 song Progressive Rock album called Time and Space  for Lobate Scarp, an ambitious production the highlights of which include a 35 member choir and a special guest appearance by Alex Acuña (Weather Report).
